Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We try to ship all items
UPS but reserve the right to use another carrier.
Orders ship within 24 business hours or we will notify you

Returns: Returns are accepted for defective items only. Return fees are
the responsibility of the buyer. The item will be be repaired or replaced at our
discretion. If an item is no longer available, it will be replaced with a
similar item of equal of higher value. To expedite your return, you must request
an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by calling the number
below before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and
insured. Items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted.
Guarantee: All of our items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 full
year or longer unless stated otherwise. The warranty work is provided by either
us or the manufacturer. Please call us for warranty mailing address. Please have
your order number ready.
